In-Home Nursing

Keeping my dad moving. That's my focus.

If you have medical needs, our qualified nurses can visit you at home, helping you stay independent.

In-home nursing

Clinical care in the comfort of your home

Many people have medical concerns that require support from a qualified nurse. Often it can be difficult or inconvenient to access this support.

At-home nursing allows you to remain in the comfort of your own home, whilst receiving the care you need from trained Assistant in Nursing (AIN's), Enrolled Nurses (EN's) and Registered Nurses (RN's). Patients recovering after a hospital stay, seniors, people with disabilities, palliative care patients and people requiring medical assistance after a workers' compensation claim can all benefit from Focus Care's high quality home nurse care.

Private clinical home care services can provide greater independence, dignity and comfort. As a result, choosing to receive care and support in your own home is becoming increasingly popular. While it can seem a challenge to organise home care, the comfort and improved quality of life it allows can be worthwhile.

In addition, private at-home nursing and support minimises risks associated with being dependent on busy healthcare services or residential care.

Private patients of any age, in a range of circumstances, can hire our private at home nurses and support workers. This includes older people, people with disabilities requiring high intensity clinical care, people requiring palliative care, people undergoing cancer treatment, people leaving hospital who require post-operative care or recovery, people undergoing injury rehabilitation, and people needing palliative care.
